ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills have activated rookie defensive back Jonathan Meeks off the injured reserve/designated for return list. The move on Tuesday came on the first day Meeks was eligible to be activated after missing eight weeks with a sprained right ankle.
