The clubs have been in negotiations since DAmbrosio revealed he would not renew his contract at Torino beyond the summer, and on Thursday, Inter confirmed he was contracted to 2018. DAmbrosio says "its so emotional to be here ... Ive come a long way and now Im at Inter, I cant be anything else but very proud." The 25-year-old DAmbrosio will be hoping the move boosts his chance of making Italys World Cup squad. Hes yet to play for Italy. DAmbrosio is new president Erik Thohirs first signing for Inter.
